FAQs

Q: How can I book an apartment?

A: Go to “Book” page and complete the form, after that you will receive an email with confirmation of availability and the instrutcions to pay the deposit required to complete the booking.

Q: Where are exactly the La Grima holiday apartments?

A: The property is in the South of Italy, in Falerna, on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria, very easy to reach: the apartments are near the motorway exit (3 km), airport (12 km) and the train station (Station Lamezia Terme 13 km)

Q: I’ll come by car, there is a car park nearby?

A: Yes, there are municipal parking about 60 meters from our hotel. Soon we will publish the rates for the year 2015.

Q: The property is accessible to guests in wheelchair?

A: Yes, we have accommodation free of architectural barriers, with spaces accessible to guests in wheelchairs.

Q: Is it possible to have sheets and towels in the apartments?

A: Yes, at the time of booking you can specify if you need the linens and toiletries service. Rates are described in the “Prices” page

Q: The kitchens are equipped?

A: Yes, the apartment kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need, such as crockery, cutlery, pots etc. The kitchens are equipped with fridge, freezer and electric oven.

Q: Are dogs allowed in the apartments?

A: Yes, small dogs are allowed.

Q: Are there shops nearby?

A: Yes, near the apartments there are all kinds of shops, grocery, pharmacy, tobacconist etc. They are all within 500 meters, and then within easy walking distance.

Q: What kind of beach there is? 

A: The beach is mostly sandy, mixed with stones. It is about 80 meters far.

Q: I want to rent an apartment for a long period, are there discounts?

A: Yes, we provide excellent discounts for long periods, up to 15-20%.
